Wake Forest Returns Home to Host Winthrop
The Demon Deacons will return home after a brief stint on the road to host Winthrop at 6 p.m. on Tuesday at Gene Hooks Field at Wake Forest Baseball Park.
This will be the first of two meetings this season between Wake Forest and Winthrop.

The game can be heard live on the radio on 98.1 FM WBRF. Phil Brame and Drew Branyon will have the call.

Last Time Out
The Demon Deacons had their 15-game winning streak snapped, dropping all three weekend games at NC State.
The Wolfpack defeated the Demon Deacons 9-5, 6-2 and 5-4.
On Saturday, Wake Forest and NC State took part in BaseBald by the St. Baldrick's Foundation, raising nearly $45,000 for kids' cancer research.

Winthrop will enter Tuesday night's game with a 6-15 overall record.
The Eagles have not yet started Big South conference play.
Winthrop has won three straight games after sweeping the weekend series with Rider.

Wake Forest will remain home this weekend for a three-game series with ACC rival Florida State. The Deacs and the Seminoles will play on Friday and Saturday at 6 p.m. and on Sunday at 1 p.m.
The Demon Deacons will then play eight of their next nine games on the road.
