Wake Forest Welcomes ACC-Foe Florida State
• Wake Forest will battle Florida State in an ACC matchup on Friday at 6 p.m., Saturday at 6 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m.
• The Demon Deacons enter the game with a 16-7 overall record and a 3-3 record in conference play, while the Seminoles are 19-2 and 6-0 in the ACC.

• The Demon Deacons had their 15-game winning streak snapped, dropping all three weekend games at NC State.
• The Wolfpack defeated the Demon Deacons 9-5, 6-2 and 5-4.
• On Saturday, Wake Forest and NC State took part in BaseBald by the St. Baldrick's Foundation, raising nearly $45,000 for kids' cancer research.
• The Deacs were scheduled to play Winthrop on Tuesday, but inclement weather forced the game to be canceled.
This Weekend's Opponent
• Florida State will enter the weekend with a 19-2 overall record and unblemished 6-0 mark in the ACC.
•The Seminoles have won five in a row, all coming in Tallahassee, as their last loss came at top-ranked Florida on March 13.
Series History
• Florida State owns a 78-20 all-time record against Wake Forest.
• Last season, the Seminoles took two of three in Tallahassee, but Tim Cooney was able to help shut out Florida State in the lone Demon Deacon win of the series.

• The Demon Deacons will play eight of their next nine games on the road, starting with a midweek titl at High Point on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
• Wake Forest will then head to Chapel Hill to play a three-game series with North Carolina next weekend.
