GREENSBORO, N.C. - Anna Kozniuk, Christine Conroe, and Georgia Holland earned All-ACC Field Hockey honors as announced by the Atlantic Coast Conference on Wednesday afternoon.

Kozniuk, a senior from North Vancouver, Canada, was selected to the All-ACC First Team, which marks the fourth-straight year she has been honored. With her fourth selection, she becomes the first Demon Deacon field hockey player to be a four year first team selection. Kozniuk is now the 40th Wake Forest student-athlete to earn the first team honor four times.

She also becomes the 12th player in the 32-year history of ACC field hockey to be a four-time first team honoree. Kozniuk is having the best season of her career, tallying a team-high 13 goals and four assists for 30 points this year. Her 13 goals is tied for second in the ACC.

A native of Greene, N.Y., Conroe picked up an All-ACC Second Team recognition for the second consecutive time in her career. Conroe has been instrumental for Wake Forest this season and has provided a team-high seven assists and three goals for 13 total points on the offensive end, while serving as an injector on penalty corners. She has started every game this season in the midfield for the Demon Deacons.

Holland, a graduate student from Stony Brook, N.Y., earns her first All-ACC second team selection in her first year with the Demon Deacons. She has been a force and pivotal on the back line for the Deacs and has tallied one goal and two assists this season.

Wake Forest is ranked 11th in the nation and takes on No. 8 Louisville tomorrow in the quarterfinals of the ACC Field Hockey Championships in Durham, N.C. The match at Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium on the campus of Duke University will begin at 11 a.m. and will be broadcast on ESPN3.
