WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest will play Indiana in the first round of the 2015 Maui Jim Maui Invitational at the Lahaina Civic Center, on Nov. 23. The first round games and tournament bracket were announced on Tuesday, July 28.
The Wake Forest-Indiana game is the second of four games on the opening day of the three-day tournament. The contest is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. ET (Noon HT) and will be televised on ESPN2. The three-day tournament continues through Nov. 25.
The game will be the third all-time meeting between the Demon Deacons and Hoosiers. Wake Forest has won both previous matchups, both played in Winston-Salem and as part of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. The Demon Deacons defeated the Hoosiers 100-67 in 2003-04 and 83-58 in 2008-09.
The winner of the Wake Forest-Indiana game will play the winner of an opening round game between St. John's and Vanderbilt in the tournament semifinals on Nov. 24.
Other opening round games are UCLA vs. UNLV and Kansas vs. Chaminade.
Wake Forest is making its first appearance in the Maui Jim Maui Invitational.
