• Wake Forest won 3-of-4 games against ranked foes last week, following up a win at No. 18 Coastal Carolina with a series victory over No. 20 NC State.
• The series victory for the Demon Deacons was the program's first over NC State since 2002, and also snapped a six-game losing streak against the Wolfpack.
