WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Wake Forest seniors Chris Farish and Keegan Maronpot and redshirt-junior Bruce Steel have been reinstated to the team effective immediately.
Farish was a 31st-round draft pick of the Cleveland Indians in 2017. Last year he was 0-0 with a 5.89 ERA and 32 strikeouts in 18.1 innings, as well as a 1.80 ERA in eight ACC appearances.
Maronpot started 60 games as a junior and finished with a .214 average, 12 home runs and 41 RBIs as the team's primary right fielder.
Steel made 52 starts in 2017, completing the year with a .264 average, 13 homers, 10 doubles and 38 RBIs, earning a spot on the All-ACC Academic Team.
The trio had been suspended prior to the start of the season for a violation of Athletic Department rules.
