The Matchup
• Wake Forest women's tennis will face third-ranked Duke on the road on Friday night before returning home for a Sunday doubleheader against No. 32 Syracuse and non-conference opponent NC A&T.
•First serve on Friday is set for 6 p.m., while Sunday's action is slated for 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Last time out
• Wake Forest improved to 13-2 overall with back-to-back 7-0 sweeps on Friday night over then-No. 32 Georgia Tech and Duquesne. The Deacons' are 4-0 in ACC play, the best start in conference play in the Wyshner era.
• The Deacs moved up No. 15 in this week's ITA rankings. Wake Forest is one of four ACC teams ranked in the top-20.
Quick hits
• Senior Emma Davis upset 11th-ranked Kenya Jones of Georgia Tech to earn her 100th career-singles victory last week. Davis is the first player to reach this milestone since 2002.
• Head coach Jeff Wyshner picked up his 100th Wake Forest victory after defeating Western Carolina. He is just the third coach in Wake women's tennis history to achieve the milestone.
Scouting the Blue Devils
• Duke enters the weekend ranked third in the nation with a 11-2 record and a 3-1 mark in ACC play. The Blue Devils lone ACC loss came against top-ranked North Carolina last weekend.

Scouting the Orange
• Syracuse makes the trip to Winston-Salem with a 2-3 record in ACC play. All three of the Orange's losses have come against opponents that Wake Forest defeated already this seaosn.
• Gabriela Knutson leads Syracuse ranked No. 42 with a 9-5 record on the top court.
Scouting the Aggies
• The Aggies make the short trip to Wake Forest looking for their first win of the season.
• NC A&T will face ECU on Saturday before facng the Deacons on Sunday.
• Last season, Wake Forest topped the Aggies 6-1 at home.
