The Matchup
• The Wake Forest women's basketball team closes out the regular season on Sunday, March 3, on the road at Virginia Tech.
• Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. inside Cassell Coliseum and will be broadcast on the ACC Network Extra.

Last Time Out
• The Demon Deacons fell to Pitt, 70-64, Thursday evening on Senior Night. Prior to the game, Wake Forest's two seniors, Elisa Penna and Ariel Stephenson, were honored 
Gina Conti scored a career-high 20 points while Ivana Raca and Alex Sharp each recorded double-doubles. Raca finished with 20 points and 11 rebounds and Sharp added 10 points and 11 boards as well. It was the first time the Deacs had two double-doubles in a game since Jan. 19 against South Carolina State.

Wake Forest Storylines
Gina Conti ranks second in the ACC in assists per game (5.0) and lead the league in minutes per game (36.3). Conti has played less than 30 minutes once this year and her 141 total assists are 31st in the country.
Ona Udoh is fourth in the league in field goal percentage and eighth in rebounding, shooting 59.2 percent from the field and bringing in 8.0 rebounds per game. She is fifth in offensive rebounds per game (3.3) and blocked shots per game (1.6).
Alex Sharp, Ariel Stephenson and Elisa Penna, three of Wake Forest's top-four scorers from a year ago, have all missed considerable time this season. The three combined have missed a total of 54 games this year due to injury.
