The Matchup
• The No. 3 Wake Forest men's tennis team returns to Winston-Salem to face 11th-ranked North Carolina on Wednesday, March 27. First serve is set for 4 p.m. at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex.
• The first 100 fans will receive free cupcakes and all fans can enter for a chance to win a free TV.
• This will be the second time the two teams have met, as Wake Forest defeated the Tar Heels, 4-2, on Feb. 16.
Chrysochos' Career
• Against UCLA on Feb. 16, senior Petros Chrysochos became the program's all-time leader in singles victories with 120 when he defeated Govind Nanda, 6-1, 6-4. Chrysochos needed seven singles wins entering spring play to break the previous record of 119, which was held by former teammate Skander Mansouri.
• In the fall, Chrysochos won the program's first-ever singles title at the ITA Fall Championships, topping USC's Daniel Cukierman in the finals. Chrysochos is believed to be the first men's player since Arizona State's Sargis Sargsian (1994-95) to win all three major DI titles (NCAA, ITA All-American, ITA Fall Championships) in a career.
