The Chanticleers scored eight unanswered runs to win, 10-4.
The Demon Deacons (9-8) took a 4-2 lead in the fourth inning thanks to a Shane Muntz homer and Michael Turconi two-run double.
The Chanticleers (11-5) answered back with two runs in the fifth to tie it and six runs in the sixth to pull away. Meanwhile, Wake Forest was held without a hit from the fifth through eighth innings.
Turconi finished the day 2-for-5 with two doubles, while DJ Poteet and William Simoneit also had two hits each.
Bobby Hearn (1.2 innings) and Shane Smith (1.0) recorded hitless outings in relief, striking out two batters apiece.
The Deacs return home this weekend for a three-game series against No. 22 Clemson.
