Today's Get to Know You is Letizia Bagnoli, a women's golfer and native of Florence, Italy.
Three words your friends would use to describe you?
Funny, loyal, committed.
Average Tuesday night dinner with the family, what are you talking about?
School, golf, fun facts.
What is your favorite place to go in Winston-Salem?
Yamas, Hanes mall, or Mozzarella Fellas.
If you had a superpower, which one would you choose?
Invisibility.
What makes Wake Forest special to you?
My team, my friends (especially Vanessa), the people, the community and of course our beautiful campus.
If you didn't play this sport, what other sport would you play or what else would you do?
I would play tennis or I would try to act or sing.
Describe your favorite Wake Forest memory?
National Championship 2019. Everything about that tournament was unbelievable and the adrenaline rush that it gave me was unbelievable. The fans following me, the cameras capturing every shot, it was like playing on tour. My favourite memory is probably my one and only first hole in one on hole 8, that made me be in the top 10 of best sports moments on Sports center for that week. Also every memory I have with the team, from road trips to nights celebrating our wins and the memories with my best friend Vanessa. Everything we do is amazing I love her so much and she makes every day so much better, she is the sister I have never had.
Get To Know Series
