Women’s Tennis to Start Season in Top 20

This marks the highest start to January since 2003.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest women's tennis team is set to begin the season ranked inside top 20 after the ITA rankings were announced on Thursday.

The Deacs were placed at No. 16, their highest start to January since ranking No. 15 in 2003.

This comes off the heels of yesterday's singles rankings that placed Carolyn Campana and Eliza Omirou inside of the top 100 to start the season.

Wake Forest begins the season on Monday afternoon at Wake Forest Tennis Center.
