Coach's Comments
"Tough loss, for sure. We started out with some great momentum to get up 2-0 on a team that's receiving votes in the top 25. Miami made some great adjustments after that second set and we didn't respond very well. We got a little sloppy and missed some first contacts that really could have helped us out. It's hard to win a match when you lose the passing game, and we lost the passing game today. Now we'll take care of our bodies tomorrow and get ready for Florida State on Sunday." – head coach Randi Smart

Up Next
The Deacs will host the Florida State Seminoles for a Sunday matinee. First serve is set for 1 p.m. in Varsity Arena and the match will stream live on ACC Network Extra.
