
Wake Forest Set for Home ACC Opener on Saturday

The Demon Deacons welcome No. 10 NC State to the Wake Forest Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Coming off a pair of non-conference victories last weekend, the Wake Forest women's tennis team opens Atlantic Coast Conference play on Saturday against No. 10 NC State.
The first serve on Saturday is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET at the Wake Forest Tennis Center against the Wolfpack.
The Demon Deacons look to continue their winning ways at home as they are a perfect 3-0 this season in Winston-Salem. Additionally, the Deacs are 19-2 in home matches over the past three seasons.
With the return of Carolyn Campana and Eliza Omirou last weekend, Wake Forest saw the return of its two top-100 singles players. Campana and Omirou also teamed up in doubles play for the first time as Demon Deacons.

LAST TIME
The No. 25 Wake Forest women's tennis team picked up another complete win on Sunday with a 7-0 victory against Campbell.
- The trio of Bylin, Campana, and Killingsworth gave up just two games total on the day as the Demon Deacons won every singles match in straight-set fashion.
NEXT UP
The Deacs hit the road for the first time in ACC play, traveling to Florida on Friday for a match with Miami.
The first serve against the Hurricanes is scheduled for Noon ET.
