The Demon Deacons look to continue their winning ways at home after starting the season 3-0 at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Following a big road win over Minnesota in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge on Wednesday night, the Wake Forest women's basketball team returns home to Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum where the Deacs look to remain undefeated Saturday against High Point.

The Deacs (5-3) have started the season 3-0 at home this season. Additionally, Wake Forest has won 14 of its last 15 non-conference games inside of LJVM Coliseum dating back to the 2019-20 season. The only loss during that time came to Nebraska in the 2021 ACC/Big Ten Challenge who went on to earn a No. 8 seed in the NCAA Tournament. In home games this season, the Demon Deacons have averaged 74.0 points per game while holding opponents to just 54.0 points per game. Additionally, the Deacs are holding opponents to just 32.6 percent shooting in those games.

The Panthers (1-6) prioritize sharing the ball and the three-point shot in their offense, attempting 47 percent of their shots from behind the arc through seven games while also assisting on 64.0 percent of made baskets this season. High Point has only one player in the rotation this season that is over 6-foot tall and currently ranks 325th in the country in rebounds per game. Last season in the win over High Point, Wake Forest was +26 in the rebounding battle.

Tipoff is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. (ET) in LJVM Coliseum. For those not at the arena, fans can tune in to ACC Network Extra. A live stats feed can be found here.
