Words from Walter
"A much needed win after yesterday's disappointing loss. I was really happy with our offensive approach today. We scored 17 runs, but we had 10 two-out RBIs today. Of our first 36 plate appearances, we had 25 quality at-bats, which is really good. Kyle Joye had a great day going four for his first four with a homer. Tinny with the three-run homer. Cecere had a great day with three two-out RBIs. Pierce Bennett had another good day. Good to see those guys play well when we needed it.
"Seth Keener threw the ball well. Our bullpen was okay. We still have some things we need to work out there. It was a good team win. Hopefully we gain some momentum heading into the weekend."
