- Women's Soccer:
- After securing three tough points at Pitt with a 2-0 road victory, the Demon Deacons returned home to a packed Spry Stadium for a No. 1 vs. No. 2 matchup against Duke on Sunday night.
- The 3,761 fans in attendance were the most for a home game in program history, breaking the previous record of 3,000 set on Oct. 27, 2000. Additionally, 1,095 Wake Forest students attended in support of the women's soccer program.
- Wake Forest will now prepare for the final regular season test of the season as it hosts Big Four foe NC State on Thursday, Oct. 31 at 7 p.m.
- The Deacs will be playing for ACC Tournament seeding, with a chance to earn a first-round bye with a win and losses from North Carolina and Virginia Tech.

- Field Hockey:
- Battling for more than 70 minutes on Sunday afternoon, the Wake Forest field hockey team triumphed, 3-2, over Cal in double overtime.
- With the help of the game-winner from sophomore Faye Janse in the second overtime, the Deacs have now secured their spot in postseason play, qualifying for the ACC Tournament.
- The Demon Deacons will have home field advantage for the ACC Tournament as it will be hosted at Kentner Field from Nov. 5-8.
- Wake Forest returns home to Kentner Stadium on Friday, Nov. 1 for Seniors and Graduates Night against Virginia. First touch on ACC Network Extra is set for 5 p.m.
- The Deacs will honor Brooke McCusker, Anabelle Brodeur, Ashley Hart, Lotte Smorenburg, Julia LeClercq and Lilly Avrigian following the matchup with the Cavaliers.
- Volleyball:
- Wake Forest (12-9, 4-6) opens the final month of the regular season with a return to Varsity Arena this weekend, hosting Boston College on Friday and Syracuse on Sunday.
- Friday's match will serve as the Faculty & Staff Appreciation Night, as University staff will be recognized between sets two and three during the match.
- On Sunday, the program will partner with the Alzheimer's Association for an awareness-focused match.
- Additionally, fans can enter a raffle to win a Basketball Opening Night ticket package for the season-opening doubleheader Monday evening at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
- The Deacs split matches on the road last weekend against Clemson and Georgia Tech, earning a four-set win over the Tigers.
- Coming off a weekend in which she totaled 47 digs through eight sets played, Emma Farrell moved up in the ACC individual rankings to now stand sixth in digs-per-set average (3.93).
- As a team, Wake Forest still ranks fifth in the conference in blocks (2.56/set).

- The Wake Forest cross country squad is set to compete in the ACC Championships this Friday, Nov. 1 in Cary. N.C.
- The women's race is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday morning. The event will be streamed live on ACC Network and live results will be available here.
- The Deacs will be headlined by sophomore standout Brooke Wilson, who is coming off of a season-best 6k time of 20:18.6 at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals two weeks ago.
- The Wake Forest cross country squad is set to compete in the ACC Championships this Friday, Nov. 1 in Cary. N.C.
- Women's Basketball:
- Women's basketball is less than a week away from returning to the court against in-state Queens on Monday, Nov. 4 with tipoff scheduled for 5 p.m. at LJVM.

- Megan Gebbia enters her third season as the head coach of the Wake Forest women's basketball program, looking to build off the first two years of experience with a strong core returning and the addition of transfer veterans.
- The Demon Deacons will be led by rising fifth-year Elise Williams who put on a show at the end of last season. Williams averaged 13.3 points per game over the course of the entire season.
- Arrive early as the Demon Deacons honor Williams for being the 31st player in program history to reach the 1,000-point milestone.
