The Demon Deacons finished the 2024 indoor campaign with 48 podium finishes.
BOSTON - Following an impressive indoor season where meet and school records were broken, the Wake Forest men's and women's indoor track & field teams look to Boston for the 2024 ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
The action begins at 11:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at The TRACK at New Balance in Boston, live results can be found here. The meet will be streamed on ACCNX at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, 12:00 p.m. on Friday and 11:00 a.m. on Friday.

- Three Demon Deacons broke meet records during the 2024 indoor season.
- Visit Winston-Salem College Kick Off - Men's Shot Put - Thomas Kitchell - 19.31m
- Darius Dixon Invitational - Women's Long Jump - Robbie Grace - 6.22m
- Darius Dixon Invitational - Women's Shot Put - Amanda Schaare - 15.91m
- Along with breaking a meet record, Robbie Grace broke the school record in the long jump and now holds the longest jump in Wake Forest history.
- Over the course of the indoor season, Wake Forest claimed 48 podiums including 17 first place finishes, 21 second place finishes and 10 third place finishes.
- Kitchell finished first in every men's shot put event he competed in this winter, for a total of six first place finishes.
- On the women's side, Amanda Schaare competed in four shot put events this winter with two first place finishes and one third place finish.
- Jack Balick has been successful primarily in the men's 800m while also competing in the DMR, men's 1000m and mile.
- Balick has podiumed in every event he has competed in so far this season with two first place finishes, two second place finishes and two third place finishes.
- Anna Bush has also had a successful indoor season with four podium finishes across the long jump, 60m hurdles and pentathlon.
- Going into ACCs she has three second place finishes and one third place finish.
- Paul Specht secured two first place finishes in his three events that he competed in during the 2024 indoor season.
- Specht competed in the mile and 3000m and claimed a first place finish in each event.
