This year’s slate of ACC Network takeovers begins with the Demon Deacons and includes memorable games and moments from football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, men’s and women’s soccer and volleyball.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Wake Forest will conclude two weeks of ACC Network takeovers on Friday, July 19, as some of the most memorable games from the 2023-24 athletics season will re-air throughout the entirety of the day.
Below is the list of games set for Saturday's ACC Network takeover:

- The opening game of a three-game sweep of Clemson witnessed by a sold out crowd at David F. Couch Ballpark, ACC Pitcher of the Year Chase Burns set a new Wake Forest single-season record for strikeouts, fanning 16 batters in a 4-2 Demon Deacon victory.
- Hosting an SEC foe inside Allegacy Stadium, Wake Forest led wire-to-wire in a 36-20 victory over Vanderbilt as the Demon Deacon defense forced three turnovers while the ground game accumulated 288 rushing yards.
- Behind a pair of second half goals, the Wake Forest women's soccer team recorded a marquee victory over No. 22 Virginia, 2-0. The victory marked head coach Tony da Luz's 300th-win at Wake Forest, making him one of only four current ACC head coaches with 300-plus wins at their respective programs. Additionally, it was his 100th ACC victory.
- Behind an overpowering 20-1 run in the fourth quarter, the Deacs completed yet another stellar comeback in the ACC tournament, as it took down Virginia, 58-55, and advanced in the tournament for the fifth-consecutive season.
- In a Big Four showdown in front of a rowdy Spry Stadium crowd, Roald Mitchell's second half goal helped propel the Demon Deacons to a 1-0 victory in the program's annual Genna Wiley Memorial Match.

- Securing the program's first victory over Notre Dame since the 2021 season, Wake Forest volleyball earned a 3-0 sweep over the Fighting Irish to reach the 15-win mark on the 2023 campaign.
- With just seven seconds remaining in Wake Forest's Homecoming Weekend matchup with Pitt, the Demon Deacons drove 52 yards in the final minute to secure a thrilling 21-17 comeback victory at Allegacy Stadium.
- In front of a packed house inside LJVM Coliseum, Wake Forest logged its highest ranked win in the Steve Forbes era in an 83-79 victory over No. 8 Duke. AP ACC Newcomer of the Year Hunter Sallis paced the Demon Deacons with 29 points.
