No. 6 Wake Forest Opens 2025 ACC Field Hockey Championship against No. 9 Syracuse

The Demon Deacons captured a 2-1 overtime victory when the two squads met earlier this season.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The No. 6 Wake Forest field hockey team opens postseason play taking on No. 9 Syracuse on Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. ET at Trager Field in Louisville, Ky. in the opening round of the 2025 ACC Field Hockey Championship.
The Demon Deacons look to start a new win streak, having their 15-game streak snapped on Friday at No. 3 Virginia. The 15-straight wins marked the third-longest streak in program history.

- A dynamic finisher around the cage, Storey was a central figure in Wake's nationally ranked offensive attack, recording points in 13 of 15 matches played this season.
- She finished the regular season tied for fourth in the ACC with 34 points.
