Know Before You Go: No. 14 Wake Forest Baseball Alters Opening Weekend Schedule

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The No. 14 Wake Forest baseball team has adjusted the Opening Weekend schedule in anticipation of inclement weather conditions.
Wake Forest will now play a pair of games on Friday and Sunday, opening the season against LIU at 2:30 p.m. at David F. Couch Ballpark. All four games can be seen on ACC Network Extra.
Wake Forest Athletics is committed to providing The Best Fan Experience in North Carolina inside all of its venues while ensuring that all fans have a great time in a healthy and safe environment. Wake Forest University has several gameday strategies, and health and safety protocols in place to ensure all fans have a great experience at David F. Couch Ballpark.

Coach Dickert First Pitch
Join Wake Forest Football Head Coach Jake Dickert at The Couch as he throws out the ceremonial first pitch ahead of the Deacs matchup with Marist on Saturday! First pitch is tentatively scheduled for 5:50 p.m.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available in the Starry and Diet Pepsi Lots at the LJVM Coliseum and the Gold Lot at on a first-come, first-serve basis. For those who have purchased season parking in the Couch Ballpark or McCreary Tower Lots, your spot will be guaranteed. No additional parking will be sold in the Couch Ballpark or McCreary Tower Lots on gameday. You are permitted to use one (1) parking space. Occupying multiple parking spaces is prohibited. Tailgating is not allowed in the parking lot, but is permitted in the grassy areas near David F. Couch Ballpark.
A limited number of designated handicapped parking spaces are available at David F. Couch Ballpark and McCreary Tower Lots. Patrons will need to display a handicapped placard to gain access. Please let a parking attendant know that you need accessible parking and they can direct you to the proper location.
