Dominant at The Couch
With a clear home-field advantage, Wake Forest has gone 102-22-1 since 2022 at The Couch, including a stellar 34-3 mark on their way to a program-record 54 wins in 2023, 25-7 in 2024, and 17-5 at home in 2025. Over the past four seasons, the Demon Deacons have outscored their opponents by almost 700 runs at The Couch, with a 1,193 to 506 margin in 125 contests. The Deacs saw a 69-game non-conference home win streak come to an end earlier this season, but are 71-2 in such games since 2022.

Strike Early. Strike Often.
One of the keys to the Deacs' success over the last three years has been scoring first, as Wake Forest has gone 78-21 in games where they got on the board first since the 2023 season. Under Tom Walter, Wake is 311-124-1 when scoring first, including a 16-3 mark to start the 2025 campaign.
