- Nestled along the pristine shoreline of Lake Michigan in Lake Bluff, Illinois, Shoreacres stands as one of the most revered and quietly prestigious golf clubs in the United States. As the fifth edition of the Jackson T. Stephens Cup unfolds, Shoreacres provides a fitting stage. It is classic in character, demanding in play, and perfectly aligned with a tournament built on legacy and excellence. Built in 1916 and designed by renowned Golden Age architect Seth Raynor, Shoreacres is one of the most enduring examples of classical golf course architecture in the United States.
