Wake Forest Hosts Syracuse on Alumni and Hall of Fame Weekend

The Demon Deacons have won their last two appearances at LJVM including a near wire-to-wire victory over Clemson last week.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest men's basketball will host Syracuse on Saturday evening at LJVM Coliseum looking to win a third-straight home game.
Tip-off is scheduled for 5:45 p.m. and the matchup will air nationally on The CW.
Last Time Out
The Demon Deacons dropped an ACC road contest to Boston College by a final score of 68-67 on Wednesday night at the Conte Forum. Sophomore guard Juke Harris led the Demon Deacons with a career-high 38 points to go along with six rebounds and an assist. The mark is the most points scored by a Demon Deacon in the Steve Forbes era and the most since Justin Gray scored 38 points against Maryland on Jan. 15, 2006.
Freshman guard Isaac Carr made his first career start, as the Portland, Ore., native finished the game with seven points, five rebounds, three steals and a pair of assists.
It was the Deacs' fifth game this season decided by a one-point differential.

Wake Forest's 52 total wins in ACC play since the beginning of the 2021-22 season are fifth-most in the conference during that span.
Turning Them Over
Wake Forest's active defense has recorded 372 turnovers so far this season, third-most in the ACC.
Juke Is Gonna Juke
Sophomore guard Juke Harris continues to pace the Demon Deacons in scoring this season, as he's reached a double-digit scoring total in all 28 games while ranking first in the ACC in points per game (23.2) in conference games.
His 23.2 points per game in ACC play is the fifth-highest by an individual player over the last 10 years behind only Jerome Robinson (24.3 in 2017-18), RJ Barrett (23.6 in 2018-19), Anthony Barber (23.6 in 2015-16) and Markus Burton (23.5 points per game in 2024-25).
After averaging 6.1 points per game as a freshman, Harris' 15.6 points per game increase this year is the highest increase year-over-year in the nation.
Additionally, Harris is one of only two ACC players – and one of just five nationally – averaging 21 points and 6 rebounds per game this season, joining Duke's Cameron Boozer.
