Wake Forest Battles Big Four Rival NC State in Key ACC Series

The Demon Deacons and Wolfpack meet for the first time since 2024 on Friday evening.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Not meeting during the 2025 season, the Demon Deacon baseball team and NC State renew a rivalry that started in 1903 on Friday night at David F. Couch Ballpark.
The Deacs and Wolfpack meet for the 326th time on Friday, with Wake Forest looking to win the series at home for the fourth time in the last five meetings at The Couch.
Wake Forest looks to avenge a sweep against the Pack in Raleigh to close out the 2024 regular season.
Friday's game will air nationally on the ACC Network with Mike Ferrin and Devon Travis on the call. The final two games of the series will stream on ACCNX with Daron Vaught and Jim Koerner.
