Outdoor: 
Held the collegiate lead in the 10,000m event after he laid down a winning time of 28:13.82 at the Raleigh Relays ... Broke a 23-year-old Wake Forest school record that was held by Nolan Swanson (28:31.51) in 1999 ... Broke the meet record and facility record at the Raleigh Relays ... Placed sixth in the 1500m event with a 3:41.09 time, earning the No. 2 fastest time in school history and currently ranks fifth nationally ... Earned All-ACC First Team with a third place finish in the 5000m event.

Indoor: Began the season setting a PR in the 3000m with a time of 7:55.09 at the Bob Pollock Invitational
 
Cross Country: Set a new PR in the 8K with a time of 24:09.5 at the ACC Cross Country Championships…Qualified for the Division I Southeast Region Championship where he set another PR in the 10K with a time of 29:17.9 and finished 2nd…Finished 74th at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships.
 
2021 (Sophomore)
Outdoor: 
Tallied six Top-10 finishes during the season…Recorded his first collegiate win and PR in the 1500m at the Duke twilight with a time of 3:42.89…Finished 5th at the ACC Championships in the 5000m with a time and PR of 13:42.21.
 
Cross Country: Placed 61st in the 10K at the Division I Championships with a time of 31:07.4.
 
2019 (Freshman)
Outdoor: 
Finished the season with a 12th place finish in the 5000m at the ACC Championships with a time of 14:20.05

Cross Country: Placed 49th at the ACC Championships to qualify for the Division I Southeast Region Cross COuntry Championships where he finished 30th with a time of 30:48.4.
