2004: Posted three top-10 finishes... Finished third at the Charlotte Invitational after a 164-10 hammer throw... Placed 11th at the ACC[apos]s. 2003: Competed in the hammer throw at seven different venues and recorded his best distance of 170-1 at the Oregon Invitational which ranks second on Wake Forest[apos]s all-time list ... placed seventh at the ACC Championships. Indoor: 2005: Finished 6th in the weight throw at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a 55-4.25 mark. 2004: Posted his best finish of the season at the NC Collegiate Big 12, finishing sixth after a 50-6 weight throw... Farthest throw of the season came at the Clemson Invitational, where he claimed an 11th place finish after a 51-1 mark. 2003: Competed in the 35-pound weight throw at the NC Big 12, the Heels Challenge and the ACC Championships where he placed eigth.
