Wake Field Hockey Player Named To Academic All-America Team

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Jenny Everett, a rising senior on the Wake Forest field hockey team, has been named to the GTE Academic All-America Third Team for women's Fall and Winter sports.
In 1999, Everett set Wake Forest records for points in a season (62), points in a career (124) and goals in a season (27). She is currently four goals shy of the career goals scored record of 59.
Everett led the Wake Forest field hockey team to the most successful year in the program's history. The team posted an 18-4 overall record and were ranked as high as third nationally during the season.
