NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Wake Forest junior Olafia Kristinsdottir finished tied for fourth at the Mason Rudolph Challenge after carding a final round 75 on Sunday.

As a team, the Demon Deacons carded a final round 306 and finished in a tie for sixth place in the 15-team field at 47-over par. After a second round 286, Arizona held on down the stretch Sunday for a 3-shot victory over Virginia at 25-over par.

Kristinsdottir opened the tournament with her first under-par round of the season of 1-under 71. She then carded a 3-over 75 on Saturday and a second-straight 75 on Sunday. Her round on Sunday included 13 pars and one birdie. The tie for fourth is her second-career top-5 finish. Kristinsdottir will now be off to Turkey to represent Iceland in the Women's World Amateur Team Championship this upcoming week.

After carding back-to-back rounds of 75 in the first two rounds, sophomore Marissa Dodd came in with a 6-over 78 on Sunday. She offset a couple of double-bogeys with a pair of birdies. Dodd finished the tournament in a tie for 23rd at 12-over par.

Fellow sophomore Allison Emrey started her round on Sunday with a solid opening nine of even-par 36. Despite a birdie on the par-5 14th, Emrey would come home in 4-over 40 to post a final round 76. That was her second-straight 76 and she would finish tied for 39th at 15-over.

Like Emrey, freshman Mariana Sims went out in even-par 36 on the strength of three pars, three birdies and three bogeys. But she ran into some trouble on the back nine and would finish with a 7-over 79. Sims would finish her second career event in a tie for 45th at 17-over par.

Sophomore Emily Wright improved each day after opening with an 88 as she carded rounds of 80 and 77. She pared her final seven holes in a row on Sunday.

The Demon Deacons will return to action Friday, Oct. 12 when they open the Tar Heel Invitational in Chapel Hill. The 54-hole event will run through Sunday, Oct. 14.
