TULSA, Okla. - Wake Forest senior Adam Lee beat his third ranked singles opponent in as many days to qualify for the main draw at the Saint Francis Health System ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla.
No. 86 Lee dispatched No. 64 John Lamble of Santa Clara 6-2, 4-6, 6-4 to earn his main draw berth in one of the year's most prestigious individual tournaments. He will be joined in the main draw by teammate Romain Bogaerts, who was a direct acceptance as the tournament's No. 4 seed.
Lee will open main draw play tomorrow against No. 44 Dane Webb of Oklahoma. Bogaerts, who is ranked fifth nationally, will take on a qualifier in his opening match.
