Wake Forest Track & Field Announces 2013-14 Schedule

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Director of Wake Forest track and field John Millar has announced the 2013-14 schedule for the Demon Deacons.
The Deacs indoor season begins on Dec. 7 at the JDL College Kick-Off Classic in Winston-Salem, N.C. for the only meet in 2013.
The 2014 year will start off with the Demon Deacons hosting the Wake Forest Invitational on Jan. 11 at the JDL Fast Track. Other highlights of the indoor schedule include the Hilton Garden Invitational on Jan.31-Feb.1 and the ACC Indoor Championships which will be held in Clemson, S.C. on Feb.27-March 1.
The outdoor season will begin on March 14-15 with the CCU Invitational in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Another highlight of the season is the annual Wake Forest Open held from March 21-22 at Kentner Stadium. Wake Forest will also compete in the Stanford Invitational April 4-5and the Joe Hilton Invitational on April 12.
Wake Forest will also compete in the Texas, Raleigh and Florida Relays amongst several other meets.
Outdoor ACC Championships are slated for April 17-19 in Chapel Hill, N.C.
