Deacs Finish Ninth at Evans Derby Experience

AUBURN, Ala. – The Wake Forest women's golf team finished ninth at the Evans Derby Experience as play concluded Tuesday at the Auburn University Club. The Demon Deacons shot 9-over during the third round to finish the tournament at 16-over.
The Demon Deacons were led at the event by Jennifer Kupcho, who finished T-13th at 3-under. After tying a school record with a second-round 65 on Monday, Kupcho shot a final round 75 on Tuesday. Emilia Migliaccio also had a top-25 finish, carding a final round 69 to finish T-23rd at 1-under.
Mai Dechathipat, Siyun Liu and Antonia Eberhard all finished the event at 15-over to round out the Wake Forest lineup.
The Demon Deacons return to action April 6-8 as they host the Bryan National Collegiate at Bryan Park in Browns Summit.
