From the Head Honcho
"Tough day for us," said head coach Jeff Wyshner. "We just ran into a combination of being worn out and a stomach virus that is affecting multiple players. Plus, Miami is very, very good. We now have a few weekends to recover and then to be ready for the last four weeks of conference play, before the postseason. We have accomplished a lot over the last four weeks -- the players did that by giving every bit of themselves. I'm proud of that. It caught up to us yesterday and today, so now we just have to move forward."
Up Next
Wake Forest will be back in action in just under two weeks, making visits to Louisville (March 24) and Notre Dame (March 26) for another weekend of conference action on the road.
