Dominant at The Couch
With a clear home-field advantage, Wake has gone 110-25-1 since 2022 at The Couch with at least 20 wins at home in each of the last four seasons, including a stellar 34-3 mark on their way to a program-record 54 wins in 2023, 25-7 in 2024, and finished 24-8 in 2025. Over the past five seasons, the Demon Deacons have outscored their opponents by almost 700 runs at The Couch, with a 1,273 to 566 margin in 136 contests. The Deacs saw a 69-game non-conference home win streak come to an end earlier this season, but are 74-2 in such games since 2022.
Strike Early. Strike Often.
One of the keys to the Deacs' success over the last five years has been scoring first, as Wake Forest has gone 113-35-1 in games where they got on the board first since the 2022 season. Under Tom Walter, Wake is 322-128-1 when scoring first, including a 25-7 mark during the 2025 campaign.
On Fire in February
Over the past five seasons, the Deacs are 37-3 in the opening month of play, going 9-1 in 2025, 7-1 in 2024, 10-0 in 2023 and 8-0 in 2022. During that stretch, Wake Forest has outscored their opponents by a 438 to 116 margin (8.05 runs per game).
Parking
Fans who have purchased season parking in the Couch Ballpark and McCreary Tower lots will be guaranteed their spots on gameday. No single-game parking will be sold in these lots. Please have your pass prepared to show the parking attendant as you enter the lot.
As a reminder, fans are only permitted to use one (1) parking space per parking pass. Tailgating is not allowed within the parking lots and may only take place in the grassy areas near David F. Couch Ballpark.
Complimentary parking is available in the Gold lot at Allegacy Stadium and in the Starry and Diet Pepsi lots at LJVM Coliseum on gamedays on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fans parking in the Starry and Diet Pepsi lots are encouraged to cross Deacon Boulevard by using the tunnel or the crosswalk noted on the map above. Please note single-game parking is no longer permitted at McCreary Tower; this lot is only available to those who have purchased season parking passes.
Due to continued progress on The Grounds infrastructure, Piccolo Lane will be closed February 16-20 to complete necessary work. Parking is still available in the Gold Lot, however it must be accessed from 32nd Street and/or Reynolds Blvd. The pedestrian sidewalk and pathway to Couch Ballpark remains open.
Please note that construction will continue to impact traffic flow around certain lots throughout the 2026 season. Stay tuned to GoDeacs.com/bsbgameday for the latest construction information.
