Named the ACC Indoor Track Performer of the Year, the first time in program history that a Wake Forest runner has received the award ... Claimed individual titles in both the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs at the ACC Indoor Championship ... Her time of 9:12.02 in the 3,000m set a new school record, surpassing Michelle Sikes[apos] mark of 9:13.33 set in 2007 ... That time also set a new league championship record, as she bettered the previous mark of 9:16.37 set in 2007 by Duke[apos]s Shannon Rowbury ... Turned in a personal-best 5000m time of 16:09.64 at the Championships to improve upon her previous personal-best time by nearly ten seconds ...
