Track and Field: Outdoor: 2006: Garnered All-American honors at the NCAA Championships with a fifth-place result in the 5,000-meter run (16:12.14)... placed sixth in the 5,000m at the NCAA East Regionals in a time of 16:07.44... an All-ACC performer in the 5,000m, finishing third in the event at the ACC Championships in a time of 16:09.86... held the team[apos]s top time in the 1,500-meter run, 4:22.4 at the Georgia Tech Invitational.
2005: Set a personal best 4:40.24 in the 1,500m at the Georgia Tech Invitational ... in her first ever 3,000 meter steeplechase, earned a regional qualifying time with her 10:42.16 at the Deacon Opener ... bettered that time with a 10:35.73 in the event at the Sam Howell ... finished seventh at the ACC Championship in the steeple ... finished 19th in the race at the NCAA East Regional ... ran the 5,000m in 16:29.02 at the Stanford Invitational, the best time by a Deacon during the season and good enough to regionally qualify her in the event.

Cross Country: 2006: Garnered All-American, all-region and all-conference honors... finished first on the team in all six races in which she competed... placed 15th overall at the NCAA Championships in a time of 21:09.2... ran a time of 20:22.95 at the NCAA Southeast Regionals, good for second... was the runner-up at the ACC Championships, running a time of 20:57.1... won both the Pre-NCAA and Pre-ACC Invitationals.
