2025 (Junior)
Outdoor - Qualified for the NCAA East Region First Round, finishing 18th in the men’s 1500m semifinals… Earned Second Team All-ACC honors after finishing in fourth place in the 1500m at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… Placed second in the 1500m at the Duke Invitational… Recorded a personal-best time of 3:39.42 in the 1500m to finish in fifth place at the Wake Forest Invitational.

Indoor - Helped the men’s DMR team break the program record with a time of 9:17.15, finishing first at the Boston University DMR Challenge while also setting the fourth fastest time in NCAA history… Earned First Team All-ACC honors after finishing in third place in the DMR at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships… Also earned Second Team All-ACC honors after finishing fourth in the mile at the ACC Championships… Placed ninth in the DMR to earn Second Team All-American honors at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships… Recorded the second-fastest mile time in program history, clocking a 3:55.10 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.

Outdoor: Placed 15th at the Wake Forest Invitational, completing the 1500m race in 3:40.99 … Ran the 1500m in 3:44.61, en route to an 11th place finish at the ACC Outdoor Championships.

Indoor: Secured a first place finish at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational, clocking 7:59.37 in the 3000m … Placed 41st in the Mile (3:59.93) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.

2023 (Freshman)
Outdoor: Made his freshman outdoor debut at the Raleigh Relays in the 3000 steeple (Mar. 23-25)... Competed in the 1500m at the Duke Invitational (April 6-8)... Placed sixth in the 1500m with a personal-best time of 3:39.89 at the Wake Forest Invitational (April 21)... At the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, He competed in the 1500m and finished fourth in the prelims with a 3:46.55 and ninth in the final with a time of 3:43.61 (May 11-13).

Indoor: In his first indoor appearance, he finished second with a time of 8:11.44 in the 3000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 13-14)... At the Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 27-28), his team finished first in the distance medley with a time of 9:40.17… He also competed in the 800m at the Bob Pollock Invitational and finished eighth in 1:50.63… Claimed his second first place finish of his indoor career in the mile with a time of 4:01.25 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (Feb. 10-11)... At the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships, he finished fifth in the mile with a 4:00.99 and sixth in the distance medley relay with a 9:40.74 (Feb. 23-25).
