2016-17 Indoor
Saw action in five meets, primarily in the 800m and 4x400m relay...Member of the 4x400m relay team that finished second at the JDL Team Challenge and third at the Wake Forest Invitational and UNCG Early Bird Duals...Had a best individual finish of sixth in the 800m at the  JDL Team Challenge...Ran a season-best 800m at the Virginia Tech Invitational where he finished eighth.

Attended Hauppauge High School where he was coached by Bill Maida and Jon Hernandez…Earned 10 varsity letters in Indoor Track, Outdoor Track and Soccer… Section XI Champion for Indoor…Placed 3rd in 1000m indoor state championship…Long Island Champion in 600m…Holds school record in indoor 1000m Distance Medley Relay, Sprint Medley Relay, 4x200m, 4x400m and 4x800m…All County outdoor 400 hurdles and 800m…NYSPHSSA State Champions in 4x800m where a Section XI record was also set…Holds school record in outdoor 400m hurdles, 800m, Sprint Medley, 4x400m, 4x800m and 4x1600m.
