WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Wake Forest Athletics is committed to providing The Best Fan Experience in North Carolina inside all of its venues while ensuring that all fans have a great time in a healthy and safe environment. Wake Forest University has several gameday strategies, and health and safety protocols in place to ensure all fans have a great experience at Truist Field. 

Due to extremely popular demand, the Wake Forest Ticket Office has sold out of all its four-ticket packages for Saturday's matchup. However it's not too late to enjoy Saturday's game in person, individual game tickets remain available and start at only $20 - including a limited number remaining on Deacon Hill. Homecoming
It's Homecoming Weekend at Wake Forest! The University is looking forward to welcoming back a number of Demon Deacons back to campus.

Additionally, "The Twelve", a group of Wake Forest University football players and lifelong friends from the 1968 team will reunite after a play they made ahead of a victory over North Carolina that season.

Youth Sports Day
Wake Forest's penultimate home game of the 2021 season will serve as the Demon Deacons Youth Sports Day. Discounted tickets with a food voucher are available with the pregame festivities including a block party featuring live music, inflatables, games, activities, food trucks, and more!

Open the Gate
Retired Wake Forest Law School Professor and wife of Wake Forest football and Winston-Salem legend Dr. Larry Hopkins, Beth Hopkins is slated to be the Open the Gate honoree for the Demon Deacons Week 9 matchup with Duke.

Beth Hopkins was a distinguished faculty member of the Wake Forest Law School from 1985 to 2016. Under Hopkins' guidance, Wake Forest's law school has become one of the most prestigious law schools in the country. Hopkins graduated from Wake Forest in 1973 with cum laude honors and a major in Asian history. Upon her graduation from Wake Forest, Hopkins enrolled at the College of William & Mary's law school. In 1977 she graduated from William & Mary and began her career in law.

Over her last ten years at Wake Forest, Hopkins served as the Director of the Smith Anderson Center for Community Outreach. As the Outreach Director she contributed to and managed the Pro Bono Project and the Public Interest Law Organization. Beth's husband, Dr. Larry Hopkins, was a standout running back on the football team at Wake Forest and was the 2020 Medallion of Merit honoree by Wake Forest. In late 2020, Dr. Larry Hopkins passed away at the age of 70.

Get Your First Glance at Your 2021-22 Women's Basketball Squad!
Get your first glance at this year's Wake Forest women's basketball squad on Saturday, Oct. 30 from 1 p.m.  – 2 p.m. inside Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum as the team hosts a free intrasquad scrimmage.

Event Information: 

  • Paid day-of-football-game parking is available for $20 inside all LJVM Coliseum lots. 

  • Free entry to the scrimmage beginning at 1:00pm. through the Allegacy Club doors near the Mountain Dew lot. 

  • Fans can sit anywhere in sections 104-109.

  • Fans are permitted to bring their own food and drinks, excluding alcoholic beverages and glass containers.

  • In accordance with city and state regulations, masks are required at all times while indoors on the Wake Forest University campus and athletics venues.

    • Wake Forest Athletics works closely with Wake Forest University, Forsyth County and state officials to follow COVID-related guidelines for the safety of fans in attendance at all venues. While proof of vaccination is not currently required for spectators, we encourage vaccinations for all. We are proud that nearly 100% of Wake Forest Athletics student-athletes, staff and coaches are vaccinated, as required under University and Athletics policy. Currently, all academic buildings are closed to visitors, and masks are required in all indoor spaces. For additional information regarding steps the University is taking to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission on campus, we strongly encourage you to review the University's COVID-19 Notice. 

  • There will be no access to student-athletes or coaches for autographs or fan interaction.

Church Day 
Wake Forest Athletics will host its annual Church Day at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum before the game. Discounted tickets, with lunch, are available. Fans are encouraged to visit GoDeacs.com/NCBaptist for more information.

Guest Services
Fans with questions before, during and after all Wake Forest home Football games are encouraged to contact the Wake Forest Athletics Gameday Hotline via phone at 336-758-GAME or email at gameday@wfu.edu. This service is also available during regular business hours Monday-Friday.

Fans needing assistance can also visit the  Wake Forest Athletics gameday information website. The gameday page is the hub of all fan information pertaining to gameday policies and procedures for Truist Field.

Rhino event staff team members are available at numerous guest information booths inside and around Truist Field. Locations are identified on our interior map found here.

Wake Forest has several gameday guidelines and strategies. First and foremost is required face coverings for all unvaccinated fans in attendance. Additionally, all fans must wear a mask indoors at all times, regardless of vaccination status. Wake Forest Athletics also requires all non-team personnel to be masked at all times inside the field enclosure.
