How It Happened
Quotables
"We had a tough task today. We came in knowing we had to really work on our connections, and part of communication is listening. So, can we listen, and can we do? We have three A's today. I'm not going to get into it and give my secrets away, but we did a much better job working together as a unit. Unfortunately, on Friday we tried to be a hero and do everything alone, and that's a hard lesson to learn.
Today, we shared the ball, we moved the ball, we played some really good hockey and possessed, and we got the result. Any time you can out-corner and out-shoot your opposition you're putting yourself in a good position to win the game." - head coach Jen Averill
