How It Happened
"What a fantastic day to celebrate the three seniors. To have a perfect home record is just a great credit to the lasting impact of Amelia, Rachel and Ellie. I'm incredibly proud of the team's ability to play two challenging opponents over the weekend. Coming back to defend our home turf in the final game showed the character this team represents. Our season isn't over, and we'll continue to work on improving our game. To get a shutout against any opponent is a great day. I'm just thrilled for Wake Forest hockey and the homestead we had during the regular season." – Head Coach Jen Averill
