"It was an incredible weekend to be a Demon Deacon, and we're carrying great momentum into the ACC Championship in two weeks. Our team delivered outstanding performances, with numerous personal bests, and I couldn't be prouder of the ladies for stepping up, embracing challenges, and competing fearlessly in highly competitive heats." - Associate head coach Ashley Bastron
"A great step in the right direction for Rynard. He needed a race like that to help give him another bump in fitness. It fell short of the current national qualifying mark, but I do believe he will achieve that if the race conditions at ACC's allow. We look forward to taking a shot at a great DMR next Friday." - Assistant coach Brandon Hazouri
"Every meet is a lesson. This weekend, We had some great results to be proud of and some challenges to learn from. Success isn't just in the wins—it's in how we respond and grow." - Associate head coach Collin Post
