No. 13 Demon Deacons Set to Face No. 2 North Carolina

The Demon Deacons look to push their win-streak to seven games on Friday.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Off to a 2-0 start in Atlantic Coast Conference play, the No. 13 Wake Forest field hockey team puts its six-game winning streak on the line against No. 2 North Carolina on Friday evening at Kentner Stadium.
Push back against the Tar Heels is set for 5 p.m. ET on ACC Network Extra.
The Demon Deacons (6-2, 2-0 ACC) enter Friday having won six consecutive matches while outscoring their opponents 24-4 during that span.

Wake Forest and North Carolina (8-0, 2-0 ACC) will meet for the 86th time in program history. The Demon Deacons last took down the Tar Heels in a 3-1 victory in 2017.
